The holiday season can be hectic and busy. But it is important to slow down and enjoy the true essence of the season and celebrate all that we have with family and friends. Time spent doesn’t always have be big and elaborate but treats are always a must for me! That is why when my friend Patty mentioned an Affogato bar for a party, I knew I had to try it myself and pair it with Cemoi single source bean to bar chocolate. Everyone seems to enjoy assembling their own desserts, especially when it involves chocolate!
Affogato with Cemoi Chocolate
- 1 Cemoi Chocolate Bar
- 1 pint vanilla gelato
- 4 shots espresso
- 4 butter cookies
- In a mug, scoop gelato. Pour espresso shot over the gelato and top with Cemoi chocolate. Serve with additional Cemoi chocolate squares.Enjoy 🙂
