Crispy Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients
  • 1 (15 ounce) can of chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Drain and dry chickpeas.
  3. Place in a bowl and toss with olive oil, paprika, salt and garlic
  4. Spread the chickpeas onto a sheet pan and place in the oven
  5. Roasted for 25 minutes, shaking the pan a few times during the process
  6. Remove from oven
  7. Enjoy!
